Unlike law firms offering legal advice only, DataGuard operates with a Multidisciplinary Cell of six specialized roles — DPO registered with the SPDP, compliance lawyer, process specialist, IT specialist, account executive and client success leader — all included in a fixed monthly fee. The service is activated in less than 7 business days from contract signing.
